Mildred Evertson

Mildred (Moni) Evertson, born on June 29, 1922 in Topeka, Kansas to Robert and Eileen Taylor, died Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the Willapa Harbor Care Center in Raymond; she was 91. She attended schools in Topeka and Melvern, Kansas and attended Clark’s Business School in Topeka. Moni married Harold Lee Evertson September 21, 1941. He passed away in November of 2003. Her daughter Judy LaBissoniere passed away in November of 2003 also. She is survived by one son, Steve Evertson of Raymond, a brother Zach Taylor of San Juan Capistrano California, and a sister Nancy Eppler of Puyallup, WA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Moni will be remembered for her love of her family. She was creative and loved collecting antiques and flower gardening. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo. Arrangements are in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
