Margaret Benedict

On July 21, 2017, Raymond resident Margaret Emily Benedict passed away unexpectedly. She was born in Seattle, WA. on Feb. 17, 1944. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Charles, and her three children Steven Fisher of AZ, Lynette Hagan, of Seattle, Leonard of Wallenda, CA, and nine stepchildren, 29 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Margaret was a member of the American Legion, a Passed Auxiliary of the Elks and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was also a Passed Madam Auxiliary President. Magge worked many years as a waitress in Idaho and Washington. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the Raymond Elks.
