Howard Dean Whittler Howard Dean Whittler, a lifetime Pacific County resident passed away at his home in Raymond Washington on February 9th, 2018. He was born July 17th, 1937 in Raymond, WA, to Howard and Mary Isabelle (Park) Whittler. Howard worked most of his life in the timber industry, usually as a truck driver. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, fishing and hunting. Howard is survived by a son Leonard Whittler of La Pine, Oregon, a daughter Kathy Duncan of La Pine, Oregon, a brother David Whittler, 6 grandchildren and by 3 great grandchildren.
