Eleanor Scott

Eleanor Jane Scott, a Raymond resident died Friday, November 13, 2015 at the Willapa Harbor Care Center; she was 96. She was born May 6, 1919 in Middletown, New York to William and Geraldine (Hedden) Philips. December 18, 1949, Eleanor married William Scott, in Bowling Green, Ohio. She was an exceptional bowler and has acquired a number of trophies in the sport over the years. Also in her free time she enjoyed reading, watching game shows, and shopping for any deals that just couldn’t be passed up. Eleanor was preceded in death by husband William, and her only sibling; Leona Geary. She is survived by her daughters Judy (Frank) Montedeoca of Reno, Nevada, Cheryl (Jaime) Valdez of Vista, California and her only son Bruce (Susie) Scott of Raymond. She is also survived by four grandchildren; Richard Blackburn, Matt, Travis, and Kyle Scott, and 6 great grandchildren.
