Anna Kathleen Pea

Anna Kathleen Pea, 102, a lifetime Pacific County resident, died Friday, May 29th at the Willapa Harbor Care Center. Mrs. Pea was born June 18, 1917 in Bay Center WA to Lee and Maru Jane (Wilson) Minks. She married Chester Pea in South Bend on January 13, 1936. She is survived by two sons; Gary of Seattle and Gerald(Tim) and Virginia pea of Newark, Ca., a daughter Marianna Clevenger of Raymond. She had eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews. Her husband, Chester and a son, Chester(Gus) are deceased. Kathleen loved her family and for many years had a weekly dinner for all the family that would come. She loved to garden and to be outdoors. She worked as an Oyster Shucker most of her working life. Anna was Buried beside her husband at the Menlo Cemetery. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Stoller's Mortuary in Raymond, Washington.
